How do Live Classes Work?

The Live Class Links are sent daily with the purchase of the Level II or Level III plan. For the Level I plan, please contact info@samadiyoga for the weekly desired class to be attended. To avoid unnecessary delays or technical problems, please log on 5 minutes before the start of class.

In Person - $250 Per Person ($50 for each additional person)

Livestream Private - $150 Per Person, $100 for Members *Video Recording of Session Included

Meditation

Weekly Sunday livestream class with a verbal guide of breath observation and body scan meditation based on the Vipassana technique.

Level I/Level II

For Beginner and intermediate practitioners with poses based on The Ghosh Lineage which gave birth to the Original Hot Yoga lineage (26+2). This class Incorporates 2 styles of breathing techniques, slow salutation, balancing postures and floor postures to complete an effective strengthening and stretching sequence.

*Bishnu Charan Ghosh, known as B.C. Ghosh is the younger brother of Paramahansa Yogananda, author of “Autobiography of a Yogi” and founder of the Self Realization Centers. Bishnu Ghosh founded the College of Physical Education in Calcutta in 1923.

Master Class: Level III

The most challenging and comprehensive of the Ghosh Lineage, this class is a complete sequence of postures - 84 total. Recommended for students with a strong and consistent practice.

Vinyasa Level I / II

The most popular style of Vinyasa Flow Sun Salutations based on the Krishnamacharya Lineage. Ranging from any combination of salutations (Sun A, B, C & D) to build upper body strength along with balancing, floor and stretching postures to complete a well-rounded sequence.

Mat Pilates

A series of non-impact exercises combined with yoga's harmonizing development of the body and mind. Develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness through a specialized system of physical conditioning involving low-impact strengthening exercises.

Tues @ 6pm PST Purchase Single Class

Yin Yoga

A more meditative approach to yoga with postures that are held for longer durations to improve the body's connective tissue along with improving inner body awareness. Combines Yin postures with an opening and closing meditation.

Fri @ 9am PST Purchase Single Class

Muscle Control Therapy (MCT)

Strengthening and rehabilitative class designed with specific physical therapy exercises which complement yoga postures. Classes cover any of 4 common injury areas of the body ranging from shoulders, back, hips and knees. Therapy band and 2-5 lbs weights are recommended.
